When becoming a member of Ashtead Football Club you agree to the following statement:

I agree to be bound by and to observe the club policies and the rules and regulations of the FA and to be responsible for any payment of fines imposed by the FA or Ashtead Football Club. Also allow the club to hold the data supplied about the player together with photos and allow to be distributed to other club officials. In the event of injury while playing football, basic first aid may be given by the qualified first aid official at pitchside.I also agree to the terms and conditions laid out in the Policies and Protection page.
